Stellum Bourbon redstone Single barrel: SOLD OUT
We are happy to announce the arrival of our single barrel bourbon from Stellum! for those not familiar with Stellum they are the folks behind Barrel Spirits whose small batches of whiskey win award after award. Stellum is their second label that they created to provide a year round product that they could offer without changing the recipe every batch.
This particular bottling is a single barrel of Stellum Bourbon is MGP bourbon that was aged 5 years then bottled at cask strength which in this case is 123.06 proof. The barrel yield is 176 bottles and each one adorned the Redstone Barrel society name so you know we selected it and stand by it.
On initial nose tons of caramel sweetness hits you up front with slight notes of vanilla popping through to say hello. Body is viscous and chewy with loads of caramel and butterscotch up front making way for caramelized cherries in the end. Finish is long and sweet making you wanting that next sip.
