Redstone Experience: Cleveland Uncommon Barrel
Join us for a fun private experience when Cleveland whiskey comes to town next Thursday February 25th from 6-7pm. You will not only get to taste through the entire “Uncommon barrel” collection (see below)but you will get to help us pick our next Redstone Exclusive bourbon! We have never before been able to offer this level of involvement to our whiskey loving customers.
More on the Redstone Exclusive selection: Cleveland is allowing us to blend some of the whiskey that you will be tasting from as well as proof it to our liking. We will be concocting 2 different formulations of which the class will be be able to blind taste and vote for to be the next Redstone Exclusive bourbon.
For those unfamiliar with Cleveland’s Uncommon barrel collection here is a brief overview: This series takes different woods that are usually not typically used to age whiskeys because of their natural pour structure and infuses them using their propriety process to get a truly unique whiskey with flavor profiles that could never before be achieved.

Sugar Maple
Apple wood
Black Cherry wood
Honey Locust
Hickory
