We are proud to announce the arrival of our  third hand selected single barrel of the award winning Eagle Rare bourbon!

We think that you will throughly enjoy this years barrel as much as they past two. This years barrel has an especially rich and weighty mouthfeel that boasts flavors of toasted caramel along with vanilla and toffee in the finish.

Eagle Rare Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. The rareness of this great breed of bourbon is evident in its complex aroma, as well as the smooth and lingering taste. Each bottle of Eagle Rare offers consistent flavors, but with a seemingly individual personality from each unique barrel. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience.

Redstone Liquors was given the opportunity to go through various samples from different barrels and selected one in which we felt stood out from the pack. Bottles from this particular barrel were packaged in 375, 750 and 1.75ml packages and will have our personalized crest outlining its exclusivity. Additional Tasting Notes:

Nose: Complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak
Taste: Bold, dry, oaky flavors with notes of caramel, candied almonds and very rich cocoa
Finish: Dry and lingering
