Redstone Exclusive 907 Farmhouse ale (brewed by Enlightenment Ales) (sold out)
We are happy to announce a Redstone exclusive for the ages. We have teamed up with Ben from Enlightenment Ales (one of our favorite brewers) and he has brewed “907” for us.
907 is a farmhouse ale brewed with a ton of citrus peel and then conditioned with brettanomyces.
This beer rings in at 940 ICUs (international citrus units) and is most definitely a citrus bomb. 907 drinks light and clean and leaves you with a citrusy tartness in the finish. The mouth feel is also refreshing, dry and almost cracker like. At 4.5% ABV it also allows you to have a more than few in one sitting without worrying about the consequences, trust us you will want to. Pair it with seafood or your favorite dessert .
Like tart beers? Aging 907 for a couple months will definitely increase the tartness and highlight the citrus in the back.
907 will be available starting Saturday November 9th around noon in limited quantities so get yours quick. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.
