Super Excited to announce the arrival of our Single Cask of Plantation Rum
(added bonus, because this was scheduled for Black Friday and was late each bottle will earn 5 tickets into our whiskey week raffle that will be held in Jan)
This Rum was distilled in Panama and was aged 12 years in ex-bourbon casks then shipped by sea to France where it was then moved into Ferrand Cognac cognac casks for 1 year then a third maturation for 7 additional months in Pineau des Charentes white wine casks.
The result is an absolute butterscotch bomb!
At 93 proof it boasts a silky mouthfeel loaded with tropical fruit and tons of butterscotch (Think Worther’s original candy). Finishes strong with lingering butterscotch and slight baking spice leaving you wanting for your next sip.
