Happy to announce the arrival of our Redstone Barrel Society Elijah Craig Single barrel. This barrel had been resting for a full 11 years before bottling and rings in at modest 94 proof.
Notes of sweet caramel and vanilla take over the nose leading way to juicy stewed cherries on the mid palate, undertones of drizzled dark chocolate glaze on the finish. This bourbon leaves you with minimal to no heat at the end with everlasting milky way bar-esque taste on the palate begging you for that next sip. This will be one of those bottles that does not last long in your bar.
