Elixir is our flagship double New England IPA that has been in development from the very beginning, and our favorite to brew (and drink!) With copious amounts of CTZ, Eureka!, and Citra hops, this beer pours a deep hazy golden color and boasts flavors of candied orange, rich stone fruits with some dank resinous notes to round it out. Perfection in a glass.

House Call IPA – New England

A house call was a customary practice where doctors would visit patients’ homes to provide care. When Matt (Wandering Soul) paid us a visit to discuss this collab, we discussed our mutual admiration for Michigan Hop Alliance and how we wanted to feature their Michigan-grown Bitter Gold, Chinook, Rakau and Multihead hops in this NEIPA due to their terroir bringing the best out in these varieties. Thor’s Pestle IPA – Imperial

Thor is the Norse god of thunder, weather and crops while the pestle is a pounding or grinding tool used by druggists when compounding medicines (i.e., the druggists’ warhammer). Our Thor’s Pestle is a double New England IPA, fermented with kveik yeast, an ancient Norwegian yeast that ferments hot and isn’t afraid of high ABVs. This yeast gives this brew a kick, but keeps it marvelously smooth. Skál!

An IPA with Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Notes of honeydew hit the palate first, followed by a balanced bitterness and blast of citrus-forward hop flavor.
